About the position

This dynamic role involves further professionalizing our marketing and communication efforts in a dynamic, innovative, B2B international environment. You contribute to implementation of our strategy through shaping and spreading our story, ensuring it gets proper visibility and resonates with the right audience. You will create and execute content strategies to drive traffic to our company's communication channels, increasing awareness and consideration to generate qualified leads for our commercial pipeline. Besides content marketing you will also work on supporting the strategic implementation by the development of go-to-market strategies, segment plans, communication and sales tools to maximize growth and the IamFluidics position in the market. Being part of the commercial team, you will report directly into our CCO (Chief Commercial Officer) and will work closely with R&D, product development and scientists for content development.

Your responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging content for the company’s website, social media, sales materials, events, and presentations that is consistent with the company's brand image and addresses both business goals and consumer needs.
• Translate complex scientific concepts into content pieces that are visually appealing, informative, and engaging.
• Develop a solid understanding of the target audience through market research. Contribute to knowledge building and securing Marketing & Communication intelligence of target markets including market trends, positioning, value proposition and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with scientific teams to create new blog articles, videos, social media posts, whitepapers, presentations, newsletters, and printed materials.
• Performance monitoring, analyze user engagement metrics and track marketing KPIs for lead generation
• Content maintenance, including SEO optimization for website, social media, sales support materials and events.
• Create, adjust, and manage the marketing calendar.
• Brief, coordinate, and follow up tasks with specialized agencies and designers.
• Create campaigns to increase visibility of IamFluidics’ products and services within specialized target audiences through effective messaging combined with advertising efforts to maximize conversion and lead generation.

About you

• You hold at least a BSc/MSc in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration or equivalent;
• You have at least 3 years of industrial experience from a B2B international environment in content creation, marketing, communications, digital marketing or similar;
• A hands-on, team player, creative and result driven attitude with an entrepreneurial and flexible mindset.
• Experience working with agencies, designers, photographers, and video makers.
• Familiarity with website content management systems such as WIX, Umbraco, WordPress.
• Good knowledge of content and layout design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Figma.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Google Search console, blog posting and Search Engine Optimization tools. Understanding content practices such as SEO, SMO, and PPC.
• Excellent computer skills with MS Office and experience with Power Point pitch presentations.
• You have exceptional communication skills both written and oral, are fluent in English (must) and Dutch (preferred).
