Vegan Bitchin Sauce
- 1 cup cashews, soaked in water for 1 hour
- ¾ cup water
- 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Pinch of paprika
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Drain the soaked cashews and add them to a high-speed blender.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Stop and scrape down the sides if needed. Adust to taste preferences by adding more nutritional yeast, soy sauce, lemon juice, or spices!
- Serve immediately.
